How does one of the biggest largest beer brands enter craft beer conversation? The answer: they don’t. Instead, they make use of their 12 head brewmasters and have them compete to create a new high-end mainstream beer. We were picked to launch the new Budweiser Black Crown at the 2013 Super Bowl. A beer tailored to the cool crowd to play with imports and what not. And through a couple of—hmmm, well, very cool—Super Bowl spots we got Budweiser Black Crown of to a flying start.
